Villa Unis

The Historical Noble Holiday Villa in Tuscany

“The feeling of being part of a movie scene in Toscany”

"Tuscany has always been one of our favourite place to visit, due to the fact that you can nowhere else feel the relaxing and active lifestyle the same time as such. (In a stylish manner what you can only experience in Italy)
Nocchi is a pearl, close to everything what is worth to visit in Tuscany. Pisa, Firenze, Lucca within an hour by car, and you can be at the seaside within 10 minutes as well. Little town with narrow streets, perfect for a nice walk and just to wonder around.
Regarding the Villa. Villa Unis is again, one of the most amazing, breathtaking place I have ever been. You can even touch the positive atmosphere coming from the walls, wondering the way families lived there. Thanks to the great hosts the villa can still introduce itself for our generation, supplied with everything what is needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The garden is huge, perfect for BBQ's and just to be outside and get lost in the view.
Perfect hospitality, every help we needed we got from the hosts, great people.
We can only recommend Villa Unis, we will visit again for sure!"

"For me it was an oasis of peace"

"I believe this is the most beautiful villa in Toscana, I've ever been. A historical jewel far from the noise of the big cities, with a nice view on the hills, where we could perfectly have a huge rest for a couple of days with my friends. We will definitely return as many times as we can."

“The most romantic and calm place in Italy”

"The old villa was one of the greatest place I've ever been. We spent there 4 days, we ate gorgeous food, and had an amazing weather in October. The place is gorgeous because you feel the history everywhere. The view is also very nice, not far from the sea.
Pisa and Florence are also not far, so if you would mix the museums and the great and beautiful beach, you can do it in this area."
